Black Lava Stone

Black lava stone is a lightweight, porous decorative aggregate formed from naturally cooled volcanic lava. As the molten material cools, trapped gases create small holes, pockets, and cavities throughout the rock, giving it a rugged texture, reduced density, and distinctive deep black to charcoal coloring.

Its dark natural appearance creates bold contrast against green plants, colorful flowers, concrete, pavers, brick, wood, light-colored gravel, and other hardscape materials.
