#67 limestone is a clean, washed crushed stone with a fairly uniform size, typically ranging from about 3/4 inch down to 1/8 inch. Because it contains little to no fines, it won’t compact like crusher run, but it does provide excellent drainage while still staying stable thanks to its angular shape. #67 limestone is commonly used for drainage systems and trench backfill, asphalt and concrete mixes, driveway and access road top layers, and landscaping projects where you want a clean, consistent stone. It’s slightly smaller and more uniform than #57 stone, and the two are often used interchangeably depending on local availability and spec needs.
