#9 limestone, also known as "rice gravel," consists of very small stones about 1/8 inch to 3/16 inch in size. This fine material is often used in asphalt and concrete mixes, as well as for driveways, walkways, and as a top layer for roads and parking lots due to its excellent compaction properties.
